I have run into problem designing my message flow. Hope someone can advise me on this ...

I need to send a message from External System ES1 to External System ES2 (with Broker in the middle). When the message reaches ES2, ES2 will check the CorrID and reply to ES1 (using the original CorrID in the reply). Suppose ES2 is late in replying (exceeding a 10 seconds limit), then a Failed-Msg needs to be generated to ES1 (Note that this Failed-Msg will not be coming from ES2!).

What I have problem is how to automatically generate this Failed-Msg based on the time the message was sent from ES1 to ES2.

Go to Broker ToolKit-->Help-->Help Contents and search for MQReply Node.

Hi mqhelpless,

Using Timer Node (support pac IA0K - http://www-306.ibm.com/software/integration/support/supportpacs/individual/ia0k.html ) might help u. Also have a glance at Aggregator nodes.

My suggestion to u: change ur handle, since u r in mqseries.net, u will never run out of help Thanks to Brandon and others.

Be aware that IBM has withdrawn support for the IA0K supportpac.

As kspranava stated, using the Aggregate nodes will solve your issue.
