I want to install WMQI when i run the setup file following error message is generated ...

The user name that you are installing under (XXXXX) has more tham 8 characters. If you continue and use this later to create DB2 databases than you can encoulter problem( BIP8658W)

This is simple, don't use more then 8 character user names to install mq. It is trying to help you avoid a later mistake. Also this should be in the installation forum. Also you might want to mention the OS next time... It really does matter.
