We have 3 QMGRs 2 running on servers, one running on Z/os. The 2 on servers are full repositories. We had cluster name host.relay.realec.cluster.dev defined for QMGR (appw1b8d) we wanted to change the name so the admin of the servers did this and then asked me to change my channels to the same new cluster name (host.relay.cluster.dev). I did this but the old cluster name never went away and if fact it is in a run state along with the new name (when displaying the clusters). I did a refresh to the old cluster name but nothing happened. I even tried the reset but still nothing happened. The old cluster name does not show up in the servers from what the admin said. How do I get it out of the partial repository in the Z/os QMGR? Any ideas would be helpful. thanks
We do not see it in the full repository QMGR when doing displays, this would lead me to believe that it has been changed there. As I said the name was changed in the full repository but it seems I can not remove/delete/get rid of the old name in the partial-repository QMGR.
