Hi,

I had installed MQ on solaris before two months or so.... It was working perfectly at that time... I had created queue managers and queues also..

Now none of the commands are working....
e.g.
crtmqm QM1 command gives error
AMQ8101: WebSphere MQ error (893) has occurred.
with Status Code 71

dspmq gives error
AMQ7047: An unexpected error was encountered by a command.
with Status Code 71

Can anybody please guide me where its going wrong....

Hi,

This is often caused by lacking kernel parameters however if it used to work I suspect lack of disk space or some mq filesystem not being mounted. There should be FDC files giving more info.

our solaris admin. re-installed the MQ and its working fine now..
