When trying to configure MQ Workflow server by running the fmczutil I get the following error:

fmc@axp0313:/home/fmc #> fmczutil
FMC00815E Message catalog cannot be accessed.



I had this problen in the past, which was resolved by setting the following variables with respective values:

LANG=en_US
NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

This Solution is no longer working.

I have MQ Workflow 3.5 installed with service pack 4.
