Hi

I have MQ Series installed on my AIX server.
I got this error

MQJE001: An MQException occurred: Completion Code 2, Reason 2059
MQJE011: Socket connection attempt refusedMQJE001: An MQException occurred: Completion Code 2, Reason 2059
MQJE011: Socket connection attempt refused
This happened when the queue manager was started and the WBI is trying to talk it.

Kindly help me resolve this.

This may happen WBI is trying it connect before the MQManager is fully up and able to receive connections.

Does it continue after he startup sequence or does WBI connect successfully later?
