Does anybody know how to check whether a queue manager is configured to be linear/circular logging?

Now I assume since I am getting the AMQ7044: Media recovery not allowed. error, I am currently configured with circular logging.

But how can set the queue manager up initially to use linear logging and what are the other things to keep in mind when doing this? Thanks in advance.

Use the "search" facility to find lots of discussion on LinearLogs

for anybody else who is interested the code to create a queue manager with linear logging is as follows:

crtmqm -ll QUEUEMANAGERNAME
