When I run inst_db , I get the following, my env is WBIMB 5 and Oracle 9;
dba_sql_obj::connectToDB:Unable to create user context/session (PGMOMEU). Error code (307), text

Is your environment fully set up for making oracle connections (ORA_HOME set, etc...) before you run this command?

| Yes, When using sqlplus , I can connect to the DB. |
