After upgrading to CSD09 we got more malfunctioning on MQ servers (Solaris, HP). I found a description about on the MQ Support Site:

It's correct info: APAR status: Closed as program error.

But I don't understand this info:

The fix will be included in the following PTFs:

                    V5.3                  V6.0
Platform            Fixpack 12            Refresh pack 6.0.1.0


because the last Fixpak was CSD10 and I have to restart these qmgrs because I need monitoring and alerts. Moreover there is no temporary fix and status is "NoHiper"...

Who does it know how can I force to send me a temporary fix?

If you open up a PMR with IBM, they will send you an e-fix built specifically for the CSD level you are running on. I have done this in the past.

You are correct CSD10 is the latest release. They are already heavily into testing CSD11 and have probably frozen the code, so any new bugs they find will be coded into CSD12.
