Looking for a sample application to test the PATCH IS45152. We appear to have an issue where we fall to have applications reconnect to MQ after a failover.

Enviro:
MQ 5.3.09
WAS 5.0.2.11
VERITAS
OS SUN 5.8
using MQ extending messaging in WAS to MQ.

When we failover to another MQ server the connection from WAS is not getting reconnected. We need to RECYCLE THE JVM to fix this. We tried recycle of the appt did not work. The patch appears to be a very close match.

Wanted to test this on a sandbox before rolling it forward to insure we fix the issue. Only we would need to build an appt to use the listener on a queue and did not have a simple appt to deploy. Fishing if someone might have already put something together or have a recommendation on how to test without building an application.

CSD09 had quite some problems in the JMS space. You might consider migrating to CSD10 or Version 6.0
