I use webclient for the application.
After I checkout the workitem , When I click the browse "Back" button in Internet Explorer, the workItem disappears totally. Even in other users ,who has the same workitem, list it diappears. But the instance is there. How to avoid this??
Any idea??

I need more information.... what do you mean disappears? If you use the monitor and look at the instance what state is that particular workitem in? _________________ John McDonald

You should not use browser back button but instead use the web client buttons. |

Disappear means the workitem in the user's worklist is not there.

State: CheckedOut
Staff: ADMIN (the person who supposed is working on the workitem)

But in real time environment, you dont have control on the users to stop them using browse back button. I think there shuld be solution for this issue.
Thx Vennela |

So you are saying that the item in the checked out state is not on that user's worklist? If that is the case I would assume that you have filtered workitems in such a way as to not include the stated CheckedOut _________________ John McDonald
