Why does the open input count never go down until the WAS server is restarted? For example I have MDB's pooled and 25 connections running but when I stop sending messages the input count stays at 25, why? also I am using mq5.3.10 with was 5.1.1.5 . It is a server connection channel between WAS and MQ that is staying open and causing this?

Have you considered stopping the MDB Listener Port and seeing what happens?
