Suitable candidates should have the following skills / profile :
1. Proven Implementation experience, with hands on skills, for IBM
Middleware SW products (MQ-Message Broker, MQ Server, ...)
2. Capable to lead detailed Solution design, define Scope of Work &
required Impl. resources for middleware projects.
3. Leadership : act as a Technical team leader for project implementation &
resources.
4. Experience on Unix (AIX) and Windows platforms is a must, additional
platforms (Linux, mainframe, AS400, SUN, HP) is a plus.
5. Integration experience with ERP/CRM main application (Siebel, Oracle
ERP, SAP, ...).
6. Experience in Telco and Banking customer environments is preferred.
