mb 6.0.0.3 toolkit 6.0.0.1

There is a problem in deploying bar file into the execution group.There is no flow engine in process.Its showing the process id is 0.

***Tryed with mqsilist component***

C:\IBM\MQSI\6.0>mqsilist WBRK6_DEFAULT_BROKER
BIP8130I: Execution Group: default - 0

BIP8071I: Successful command completion.

some times it shows

C:\IBM\MQSI\6.0>mqsilist WBRK6_DEFAULT_BROKER
BIP8071I: Successful command completion.


Would any one tell me whats the cause of the problem and how to rectify this.

some times it shows

I am working on windows xp platform and mb version is:6.0 and even mq version is:6.0

C:\IBM\MQSI\6.0>mqsilist WBRK6_DEFAULT_BROKER

Would any one tell me whats the cause of the problem and how to rectify this.
