Hi,

I use MQ Client (5.3) primarily for my Java/.NET web apps and applications.
We use MQ Client to Put/Execute IMS messages/commands.

In Java, I use mq.jar to compile and run my code.
For my java application it picks up the deafult windows logon id
For my java web apps (running on websphere) it picks keeps the userid blank and we see it as MQ02CHIN on the message. MQ02 is the name of our Q mgr. I guess it is taking the default id for the Qmgr

In .NET i just use the amqmdnet.dll to compile and run my code
in .NET applications it picks the Windows default user id BUT
for .NEt web apps it picks up ASPNET as i am running on IIS ...and this is a problem for us.

1. Is there a way to override user id when using MQ Client in .NET env in ISS .. from ASPNET to something else ?

2. How do i know what version of jar file or dll i have ? and how to i upgrade them to a version which might help me override the user id probs.

Thanks

Jigs
