hi,
I have two questions ...
1) I have a QM, remote queue,transamission queue and a sender channel ....
My sender channel is not running all the time. How can i make it run all the time ...
The message resides in transmission queue ... It does not go to DLQ...
2) My company wants to have windows clustering to reduce downtime ...
Can we have windows clustering ... What problems we can expect ?
1) Set up a channel initiator. This is triggering your channel and starts it as soon as a message arrives at the XMitQ.
The message does not go to the DLQ, because it is not a dead letter
2) Yes you can . But you need to buy additional hardware and to read the System Administration guide. I have 1 MSCS cluster and do not have any problems with it so far.
