Just went to download CSD 5 and got this message:

The Fix Pack 5 download for Windows has been temporarily withdrawn due to an
installation issue with the Tooling component. This issue is currently being
worked on. A replacement download will be made available shortly.

People may wish to check back and get the new version of the CSD (5a or 6??).
