Does anybody know if this version work on windows 2003?
I'm having trouble creating channels and client connections and think the operating system and mqseries version aren't compatible.

I doubt it.

I think only more recent CSDs of 5.3 work.

And this product has been out of support since December 2003. If you are moving your operating system forward, then now is a good time to move your WMQ forward.
