I am having trouble adding a qmgr which is on windows to cluster, having full repository qmgr that is on hp-ux. While adding, I am seeing some error messages on full repository side.

CCSID 1051.

appropriate National Language Support publications to see if the CCSIDs are
supported by your system.

On Windows side:
I am seeing two clusterqmgrs(One of partial, another pointing to full repository, but with SYSTEM.TEMPQMGR.FULLREPMACHINE(port).
If I see chstatus(*) on partial repo side(windows), I can see one channel in running status which is clussdr chl
Any hints on what is happening?

Thank you for that. I checked the manual.
Manual does not say anything like CCSID 437 can't be converted to CCSID 1051
What can I do now?
Thanks |

Techno, I am not sure of the resolution to your problem, I would be asking IBM, but look at this from the HP-UX Quick Beginnings manual:
Quote: |
Locales using the default roman8 code set (CCSID=1051) are supported, but
there might be very limited support for this code set on other platforms,
which means that sending data to them using these locales is not possible.
You are recommended to use the ISO8859-1 code set (CCSID = 819) when
communicating with iSeries servers and other platforms.
