Is there a way to install the WBIMB toolkit in such a way that only the command line tools are available?

For example, the only command required by our change control area is mqsideploy. Is it necessary to install WBIMB toolkit?

In order to avoid the complete installation and maintenance of the toolkit, one approach is to have change control use "terminal services" and issue the mqsideploy command directly on the configuration manager.

Apart from the security concerns, this method makes it impossible to automate the deploy scripts within our change control tool (PVCS).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
