can we generate a WSDL from Message Flow
if yes then how can we generate

You can only generate the WSDL within the Toolkit, using the WSDL Generator.

Nah.

WSDL is just XML.

I just can't think of any good reason to generate it in a flow. The whole point of web services is that they are predefined.
