Hi there,

Is it possible to connect to a MQ instance running on a remote machine? I am trying to access it using C# but always getting the exception with the following message.

An invalid binding type was specifiedin NMQ_MQ_LIB

Thanks in advance,
Nauman

Yes.

You need to establish a client connection.

Among other things, you need to change NMQ_MQ_LIB to point to mqic32.dll and not to mqm.dll.
