				| Hi all I'm currently working with WMQ for iSeries 5.3 CSD09.
Strangely it is suddenly "appeared" in the configuration an unwanted client channel (the following is a snapshot of the channel view):

 {000SSL_CRL_DATA000} *CLTCN *TCP INACTIVE

No messages in the logs and the "Auto channel definition parameter" set to *NO (!!!). No one has created it by hand and, because of the non-standard name, it is impossible to delete it as usual. It remains in INACTIVE status all time. It seems to be an SSL connection trial or something similar.

 Has anyone advice for me?

 Thank you

Read your channel definition and your manuals. To delete a clientconnection type channel you need to add some parms

	| Code: |
	| delete chl('{000SSL_CRL_DATA000}') chltable(clnttbl) |
 Enjoy

Really I was issuing the delete command without specifying the channel name between ' '

But ... what about the nature of this channel?
I have never seen a similar channel before and I cannot find any reference in the manuals.

If you might direct me in the right place I would appreciate that.

				| Not a standard MQ channel. Someone specifically created it. _________________
