Hi,
I am having an issue in one of my projects. I need to use a login portlet for logging in. The authentication would be done by the Tivoli Access Manager (TAM).
The whole system is to be done with a single sign on. So, this means, the login and authentication would happen only once and rest all applications would not prompt for a login.
My problem is:
How do i establish a session with the mq workflow server without knowing the password. Currently i am planning to use the "logon2" method of the "ExecutionService" class. Its not possible to get the information on the password from the TAM token. or is there a way where i can use the session information of the portal login to establish a session with the workflow server.
Please get back to me with your suggestions and solution as early as possible.
Thanks and Regards,

Firstly, Wrong forum.
You can use an authentication exit for workflow and achieve what you are trying to do. You should be using logon3 and logon4 for this purpose, but again, you can do this only if you implement authentication exit. |
