Attention IBM / MQ Hursley,

Can I get a little information on dates for WMQ v6 and Solaris 10?

The client that I am at is getting some incentives from Sun to upgrade existing Solaris servers to Solaris 10.

All of the existing MQ boxes on Solaris are: MQ v5.3 CSD08 on Solaris 8. The push is on to start the upgrade process this fall.

My problem is that :
- WMQ v5.3 only supports Solaris 7 & 8.
- WMQ v5.3 with CSD06 supports Solaris 7, 8, 9.
- WMQ v6.0 only supports Solaris 8 & 9.

So, what CSD for WMQ v6.0 will get support for Solaris 10? And when will this CSD be available? Rough timelines are ok, I just need give them some 'ball-park' dates.

Don't hold your breath, Sun have been bitching about IBM's support for solaris 10 and solaris x86 since the start of the year...
