Hi,

I am new to this group and MQ series also.

I am using MQseries 5.3 with C++ in linux. I am able to put, browse and get messages from a queue sequentially.

I can also browse record for specific Message Id. I have the following problems :

1. I am unable to get message based on specific Message Id. I've set the match option to MQMO_MSG_ID, but not able to get it.

2. I've write the group Id while writing the data to the Queue, but while retrieving it sequentially (as I am able to get message without specifying any clause) I am not getting the Group Id.

Would be thankful to all for their responses.

My crystal ball's batteries died..please post the code where you do the MQ work. Maybe we can see what is wrong.
