We have 4 openings with a Fortune 500 that is seeking to hire FULL TIME Middleware Pro's.

(1)LEAD MIDDLEWARE SYSTEMS ARCHITECTS
===============================

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
========================
You will use the EAI and Middleware tool set TIBCO, MQSeries, WebServices and be responsible for the development and/or modification of Enterprise Business Services to solve business system problems Functions as an Enterprise Applications integration specialist for interoperability design and problem resolution related to business applications and related middleware components.
You will work with a team to architect, design, develop EBS solutions as part of the EAI along with, performance monitoring, capacity planning, system tuning, availability planning; Design and implement next generation web and multi-tier solutions for new applications and existing web-based and client-server application with minimal assistance. You will get to select, evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions for business problems within the company! In addition, will assist with the selection, evaluation and recommendation of 3rd party software solutions for business problems.
At times, will also be a resource that will be leading teams in development efforts and other times, be a member of a team.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB!!!!

* This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or related IT field or a certification from technical school plus 5 years experience, OR equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level systems integration and applications design.
* Must have experience with 3 of the following Java, J2EE, Web Services, XML, SOAP, JMS.
* Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies and tools, and experience with large and complex systems.
* Strong experience with multi-system/platform program integration.
* Java technologies (EJB, JSP, servlets)
PLUSES - this would be AWESOME TO HAVE!!!!

* At least one strong area of the following: logical and physical applications design; technical documentation; full-cycle system development; networking; security; web
and/or web application server administration; NT, Unix, and/or mainframe systems administration; RDBMS, Web-enabling applications
* BS in Computer Science, 3-5 years experience in Open Systems platforms
* Interactive UNIX-based systems
* The ability to investigate performance and capacity problems over a wide range of systems
* IBM MQ Series, Workflow, UML / RUP, Mainframe development.
* TIBCO [BW, EMS, and Administrator] experience preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be the in a Data Architect role for the enforcement and maintenance of governance policies, processes, performance measurements, and roles relative to company industry best practice, and provides both technical and administrative services to execute architecture policy, procedures, roles and responsibilities, concept of operations and standards. You will also be working with the business process and enterprise modeling/mapping artifacts to a data architecture framework and managing data/message requirements in an Enterprise Application Integration environment for both a Middleware layer and Enterprise data architecture strategy!
You will be part of establishing/enforcing the Enterprise information architecture and the data components of a Systems Development Lifecycle. In addition you will be developing/enforcing procedures to convert enterprise assets to information assets from a Knowledge Management standpoint. You can be a valuable contributor to a growing team!!!!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB!!!!

* You will need extensive experience in Data Management within the field of Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years
direct experience as a System/Data Architect
* You will need exposure to Database Administration in both enterprise and application level capacities
* You need the PROVEN ability to distinguish data and architectural requirements at system level, project level, department level and enterprise level
* You must be able to perform requirements definition, analysis, data pattern analysis and design in support of enterprise data integration efforts
* Valuable and strong experience in business process frameworks and business process modeling
* Be able to map artifacts to a data architecture framework and managing data/message requirements in an Enterprise Application Integration environment for
Middleware layer.
* Extensive knowledge/experience in he use and application of SEI's CMM and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model).
* You need a solid understanding of full Software Life Cycle Development and be able to develop policies related to the data architecture domain of a SDLC
* Have the ability to create/maintain multi-subject area enterprise and canonical models that will support company's Enterprise Data Architecture strategy
* You must have experience in breaking a model down into service-oriented components to develop/define strategy for service-oriented data management
* Hands-on experience in developing and communicating Knowledge Management solutions
* Experience with the implementation of Knowledge Management portal to provide access to the Information Assets
* You should have experience in metadata management policies and procedures.

* Ability to do conceptual (ER Diagrams), logical and physical database design, data acquisition analysis and design
* Have proficiency in Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling
* Having solid experience in environments with Object Oriented methodology and development tools such as Rational Rose, Model Maker, VISIO and ERwin to
develop process and models as well as experience in technologies such as SOAP, JDBC and XML.
* Experience with OLTP/OLAP technologies, UI, Report and OO Analysis and Design.
* Familiarity with Middleware tools like TIBCO's BusinessWorks
* Proven expertise in designing, building, and implementing data warehouses and data marts.
* Knowledge of multiple RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, Sybase) and the architectural implications associated with each platform.
* Ability to create and work with plans that lead to consolidation of legacy systems.
* Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree in the MIS related field.
* Familiarity with LDAP, Single sign-on, Web technologies and enterprise web services as well as technical web service
