Can any body tell me my followings curiosities?

o The reason : Why XMTQ name and RQM name will be same
o The significant : Why XMTQ name and RQM name will be same
o When should I do "XMTQ name and RQM name same"?
o Is there any other way to do the same without this using "XMTQ name and RQM name same" technique?

Because this is one way technique to send message from one q manager to remote queue. But instead of specifying the transmission queue name same to remote queue manager name, I can also send the message to remote by creating Remote Queue Definition.

you already mention the 2 "normal" alternatives, so you already know.
there is another way but this involves clustering I don't know if you want to go that route.

that's why I ask what you want to do...

Read up on the intercommunication manual. It probably has the answer to your question.

If not be more specific: Scenario, what you are trying to achieve etc...
