Something dear to your hearts no doubt.
I have a client who is trying to determine the expected number of support staff needed for an expanded WMQ. I am interested if anyone can tell me the number of support staff at their organisation expressed as staff per queue manager. Is the number of staff sufficient? Is a WMQ monitoring tool used? How many different platforms are involved? Are the support staff just responsible for WMQ or other apps as well eg WMQI. Does anyone have a rule of thumb for the number of staff per 100 queue managers?
