Using Workbench when we export processes to an FDL is there a way to select multiple high level processes at once ?
Or is it just that a separate FDL has to be created for each process ?

I have always found the granularity of Export from Modeler to be lacking. I think there is no way around your problem. You have to do multiple exports of Top level processes.
