Hi, anybody can help me to solve this problem:
* I'v designed a workflow model in BuildTime and I set one of the activities to start and exit automatically. In GUI client, the process can work as design, but in web client, when i create and start instance of this model, the automatic activity still needs manual start.
(I have logon to MQ Workflow and service.isLoggedOn() returns true.)
what I should do?
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
you can assign all these automatic activities to one specific user say "AUTO_USER" and then start the PEA on the system for this user and keep it running. Now all the automatic activities get started and get executed.
fmcxspea -u=AUTO_USER -p=password
Take care that the agent does not get killed. If you run this agent on a system and then logon to work flow client also using the same userid AUTO_USER, the PEA started above gets killed and a new PEA is started by the GUI. But when you exit from the GUI client, this PEA also is killed !
The work around is start this agent on the same m/c as your work flow server is running and take care nobody logs on to the WF client using that userid on the same m.c. |
