Hi All,
I am new to this site. I want to browse these posts off-line.
If anyone knows the method "How to configure/use Outlook Express" to browse these groups, pls share it.

On the Outlook toolbar, click 'View', then 'Go To', and finally 'News'.
For more information perform a search for 'newsreaders' within Outlook Help. |

This site is a phpBB site, I don't think you can read messages from this site with Outlook Express.

Satya,
I am assuming that you are talking about other newsgroup, like IBM newsgroup, etc. In addition to what JT said, please make sure you have correct news server specified in your configuration.
