Candidate will implement solutions for customers using IBMâ€™s WebSphere Business Integrator (WBI) product suite and should have a very strong background in software development and systems integration, proven abilities to design, develop, test and implement technical solutions. Must be able to participate in projects through all phases of the development life-cycle. Candidate should have solid experience in transforming customer business requirements into a comprehensive solution using the appropriate methods, tools, and technologies. Candidate must display excellent communication skills. Should have knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures, Enterprise Service Bus, and leading integration architectures & frameworks.

Our virtual organization nature allows the consultants to live anywhere throughout the US. They are required to travel nationwide, Monday through Friday to the client site - all expenses paid. An aptitude for communicating with customers to understand business requirements is also crucial. Consultants act as technology experts within an account, engaging each account for short periods to focus on the most difficult technical problems. Salary commensurate based upon experience, Full-time candidates preferred, contract-to-hire candidates considered.

Requirements:
Candidate will be responsible for performing consulting services for WBI projects, including but not limited to architecture, installation, configuration, administration, development, & mentoring across multiple operating systems. The individual should possess strong skills in multiple products, MQSeries(required), MessageBroker (V5 preferred), InterChangeServer, MQWorkFlow, Monitor, Modeler, and/or WebSphere Application Server. Training is available for full-time candidates and IBM certifications are a definite plus.
