Where can I find out the definitive list of source versioning products that are supported by the Message Broker toolkit ?
Is CVS already installed with wbimb or are there more steps involved to use this product. Please tell me where I can find some information on this.
Would like to hear from anybody who has a versioning product in use or under evaluation.
Any good reads on the subject ? |

The WBIMB Toolkit only includes a CVS Client.
You can find all the information you want about CVS at http://www.cvshome.org/

The WBIMB Information Center is always a good read. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

You might also want to look at SupportPac IC04.
Additionally there are some slides which cover source code control best practices at www.mqug.org.uk - see the 10th March 2005 meeting and the presentation WBIMB Best Practices. |

As far as I know following versioning providers have plugins for eclipse.
CVS, SourceSafe and Rational Software. I prefer CVS over others because the plugin is quite intuitive and has a lot of documentation.
Go to help and type in cvs from ur toolkit. _________________ Mikhail Malamud

PVCS has a plugin, which works very nicely. _________________ Patrick Goodhart
