The web page for MQIPT aka MS81 reads in part

Does anyone have a read on whether or not this supportpac (or its equivalent) will exist post MQ V5.3?

I would be VERY suprised if this was not available post 5.3. Maybe its functionality will be rolled into 6.0, or maybe you will have to pay for it, but I can't see why its functionality would be dropped by IBM.

Who knows though. I can't believe they dropped the MQGET Node Support Pack for WB-IMB, and didn't give us a replacement!
