Do the Kernel Parms for Solaris for WBI exist anymore/anywhere??

Hi,

No ... these are no longer in the V5 documentation. From what I gather, they were similar to those recommended for WMQ (and possibly DB2). Since the broker is defined to a queue manager, the broker runs with the kernel settings advised for WMQ.

Somebody said that the kernel parms from the MQSI 2.1 documentation can be used.

I have noticed, starting at the 2.0.1 documentation that more "MEAT" is being taken out of the Broker documentation and replaced by abstract prose.

Try to find a role defination for the 5 Toolkit groups defined to the Configuration Manager in the 5.0 documentation. I couldn't find it. I reverted to the 2.1 r was it the 2.0.2 documentation.
