Hi,
I'm tryiing to set up two queue managesr from same source under SAN drive control. SAN is handling this thing perfectly as a device agent and looks to each qmgr has their own /var/mqm and others.
Should this way work fine ?
Please advice me.

Since you have gotten this far, you should maybe consider implementing an HACMP, MSCS like solution for fail over.
