I'm running WMQI 2.1 on Unix ,Solaris.I have a WMQI flow that is validating data on the input node. The input node is validating data by using an MRM Parser.The message set is based on an XSD that i imported.

This flow has been validating okay (for a year now) until i installed WMQI CSD 8.I am now getting the error below on the trace files:

'An element has been deemed complete occuring less than specified minOccurs'

The file /var/adm/messages has the error below :
Severe error: /build/S210_P/src/CommonServices/Unix/ImbAbend.cpp 478 signal received Abend file: /var/wmqi/errors/LMD1UMQI_BRKR.SRS.29547.19.abend action: abort

When i remove the validation on the input node from the Validation tab ,the WMQI flows works (i.e when the validation is set None).

Does CSD08 cause this problem ? Either way ,how can i resolve this ?

Hi,

APAR IC39883 was implemented in CSD08 and this was intending to fix a problem whereby no minOccurs validation was done on embedded complex types. It seems that the changes implemented by this APAR have caused some regressions in WMQI V2.1 CSD08. Contact you service support team and request a fix to APAR IC44626, and hopefully this will resolve you regressions.
