Hi,
We have installed patrol for MQ and it makes 3 users viz patrol.apatrol and bpatrol
All of them have been added to the user group. But strangely while i can do a runmqsc with patrol and apatrol users, i can't do that using bpatrol. what can be the possible problem? On Unix level, all users seems to have same privilage.

Could it be that you run runmqsc in an interactive mode and bpatrol is a batch authorized only user ? (OS level security)

Hi,
I've found a solution. Its because the authority of bpatrol user for that queue manager was revoked at the time of installation of patrol itself.(This tool does it by itself!!)
