Hi,

I need to monitor messages in our WMQ Windows environment and am looking for the best method/software to do this with.

Messages are dealt with in our organisation like this;

Customer->WMQReceiver->Our Infrastructure->WMQSender->Customer

I need to:

1) Measure the time a message takes from when it arrives on a receiver queue, processes through our environment to when it leaves the sender queue and alert realtime if the time exceeds a pre-defined threshold.

2) Alternatively, I need to receive a realtime alert if a message received on the receiver queue does not arrive back on the sender queue within a pre defined number of seconds.

I am new to WMQ so any recommendations would be most welcome.
