A leading international based insurance company located in Tokyo is seeking a full time to join their team.

Messaging Engineer – MQ Series
The candidate in this position will understand business issues; contribute to IT business projects and IT sponsored technology projects by translating business needs into understandable requirements. Systems analysts work with customers, development teams and outside services, and delivers business specifications for manual and automated solutions that are complete and easily understood. Analysis and design of technical solutions will be in compliance with corporate IT strategy, services, technology and products. The candidate will participate in the development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives, from project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance. He/she will support, enforce and contribute to the development of IT security and controls.
The role will act as a primary production support for Messaging Infrastructure and Architecture. The main responsibilities include:
• Production Support: Ensure the infrastructure/architecture is
up at all times; implement emergency contingency plans, etc.
• Establish/Test/Document Backup/Recovery
solution/procedures
• Implement Security and Controls
• Capacity Planning
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• Coordinate architecture enhancements
• Implement necessary mechanisms/process/procedures to
ensure smooth supports are provided to production/projects
and related parties.
• Documentation: Compose and maintain documentation for
Messaging Infrastructure and MA application configurations,
installation instructions, hardware resources, checklists,
emergency contingency plans, backup policies, etc.
Qualifications
Our client is looking for a candidate who possesses experience with Middleware Integration design, Logical & Physical message design, strong written and verbal communication skills, Performance and Capacity Planning, proficiency with: TCP/IP, IIS, Weblogic/Websphere, Windows 2000, UNIX.
Knowledge of: XML, MQ Series, MQ Series Integrator, SOAP, Development skills in: Java is a must, C++ is preferable
Recent large scale messaging interface implementation with development and production support experience, experienced in software development standards creation.
Experience with COM+ programming
Have written ActiveXDLL codes
Experience with XML
Understanding of SQL2000 or other DBMS
MQ developer, the mandatory skill we require advanced VB programming, preferable 5+ years of experience.
This candidate needs to be strong in MQ development, as well as strong VB programmer and a quick learner. In addition Java programming skill is desired, since we will probably need to develop a lot of Java adaptors in the future, although we are using VB currently.
The successful candidate must have:
• Project management experience
• Background with MQ Messaging and Java development
experience
• Fluent English
• Problem solving knowledge and experience
• High level of communication skills including writing, speaking
and listening
• Teamwork orientation.

That was an aptitude test, that you just failed.
Take a look at the domain, then take a guess at which letter was "added" by accident. (Or design, to stop e-mail harvesting.)
