Problem Description:

I am using the SendMailPlugIn (IA07-SendMailPlugin support pacs) in my message flow.

The message flow consists of MQInput Node-> Compute Node -> SendMailPlugInNode -> MQOutput Node

In the input node, I am setting the message domain as XML. And in the compute node, I am just writing OutputRoot = InputRoot .

In the SendMailPlugIn Node, I am setting up the properties of SMTP server as: smtp.hotmail.com and port number as default : 25

My Input Message is:
<Message>
<From>satyasheel@hotmail.com</From>
<To>satyasheel@hotmail.com</To>
<Subject>An e-mail with a txt attachment sent by WBI MB V5</Subject>
<Body>(See attached file: xWMQ.txt)</Body>
</Message>

But I am not getting the output message as EMAIL to my hotmail.

Please advise where I am going wrong.

Maybe Hotmail sensibly does not allow relay from your network.

Have you considered talking to your local mail administrator about an SMTP host you can use for relay?

Have you considered looking for errors relevant to the SendMail node that would tell you why you aren't getting emails?

Problem is solved. I have used the incorrect relay SMTP server name.
