What is the easiest way to find out if there is any new functions introduced in a CSD. I was trying to determine if there is any new functions introduced by CSD04 of WBI MB V5 ?

Read the README and the memo.ptf. That's what they're there for.

I found more useful the CSD guide, which was available with MQSI 2.1.

Except that out of a total of 12 FixPacs, there's only been 1 Guide.

What did you do the rest of the time.
