Hi all,
when Iam trying to open Framework Gui on Linux
it is giving following error

[root@linux7 bin]# ./start_adapter.sh
Skipped Compiling {java/util/Hashtable}{rehash}
Skipped Compiling {java/util/Hashtable}{rehash}
[Time: 2005/12/30 14:16:43.628] [System: Server] [Thread: wbia_main (#701514375)] [Mesg: Default configuration file /opt/IBM/WebSphereAdapters/InterchangeSystem.cfg is missing, please copy your InterchangeSystem.cfg from your ICS installation.]
[root@linux7 bin]#

I think you are using the wrong script to install.
There should be some setup script that you need to run. Look at the doc.
