We are having an issue with the 'mqsipubsub' utility incorrectly translating a spanish language character. When we trace the character from the originating system, we can see that the HEX value is not changed in the PUBLISH MQSI flow. However when we look at the message on the input queue to the SUBSACRIBE flow, we see that the HEX value of the character has been changed and is thus causes the message to fail in the SUB flow.

I have reviewed the boards for help in this matter and have some idea of what is causing the issue. However with the utility in the mix, I would like to know what suggestion are out there to correct this issue.
