I installed WBIMB and MQ in D drive. But i have created configmgr and broker in C drive. it was
successful but i am not able to connect to config mgr thru toolkit.
it gives me
BIP0914E Message Broker toolkit unable to communicate with the configuration manager.
I do believe that the drive you install WBI MB or MQ Series does not really matter. When you say that you have installed the Broker and the configmgr in the C drive, i am assuming you mean that you have installed the Broker and the configmgr database in the C drive. The Broker and Configmgr run as Services.
To solve your problem, you might consider the following courses of action:
1. MQSeries Queue Manager connected to your configmgr is not running 2. The listener of this Qmgr is not started.
3. Ensure that the your userid has all the required permissions to connect to the configmgr
Start MQSeries queue manager and ensure the listner is running.
then try operation. _________________ Prithvi
