Hi all,
Here I got 2 teams in two separate offices. within each team, there are 3
team members and 1 team lead.
If all 8 people are doing the same task such that I give them the same role,
can i still assign the 2 team leads (in two offices) the co-ordinator of
roles?
So that the lead would be able to manage the workitems within the team
locally?
Just wonder if the coordinate of roles are independent of organization, such
that for the same roles only ONE coordinator can exist?

I am not sure I understand your question.
But if I understand you correctly, you have 2 roles, so you can have 2 coordinators.
Organizations and roles are independent of them.

If I only want one role across the whole enterprise and I got several teams of people and have their own team leads. According to what u meant, I cannot use coordinator of roles for those leads, then can I have any work arounds in MQWF?

Since people can have as many roles as you like, you could probably accomplish what you want.

Hi John,
Is that you mean I have to had 2 roles, one for team A and one for team B, so that I can have two coordinators?
Although these 2 roles are doing essentially the same thing? |

That would certainly work. Plus if you needed it you could have a third role, that has all of the people in the other 2.
