Problem with Fujitsu Compiler

Hi,
I had extracted the cobolv3.exe and put in the source cobol programs
in PCobol32 folder created after extraction.The compilation and linking worked fine then.
However now when I try to do the same on some other system it gives
error while linking stating teh reason code as 0x68.??

what could be the reason???
do i need to register the compiler??

I don't recognize your compiler. I'd double-check that it is one of the supported compilers. I believe you can find a list at:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ts/mqseries/platforms/
