Hi,

Please have a look at the Message Header below. The Expiry is 20.
Is it 20 seconds or 2 seconds ? I want to set the expiry as 20 seconds but somehow the mesages are getting expired very quickly.

Any suggestions ??

Thanks !!!

What does the Application Programming Reference say about how the Expiry field of the MQMD is defined?

Have you looked?

1/10ths of a second.

Remember that expired messages remain on the queue until something tries to get them. There are various techniques to purge them.
