Hi
I have a problem while migrating message sets form WMQI 2.1 to WBI MB V5. I am under the impression that namespaces are supported in V5 and not in V2.1.
My message set has a structure where certain elements share their names with other elements existing at different levels in the heirarchy.I thought that by enabling namespaces support i would give ecery element a unique name, and thus solve the problem. But i was wrong, i hav not been able to do so.
I am attaching one of the errors thrown due to this problem. I would really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on how to solve this problem. Also, i am not too sure i understand the concept of namespaces as understood by the Message Broker V5!!! Any ideas??
Element 'delta' must not be rendered as an attribute when its enclosing group is nested more than one level deep in complex type '**ANONYMOUS** '. Physical format: 'CwXML'. bo_idoc_acc_stat_key_fig01.mxsd bo_idoc_acc_stat_key_fig01/bo_idoc_acc_stat_key_fig01 _________________ Prithvi
I don't think this is related to namespaces. In the WBI-MB tooling, the validation of physical properties was tightened up. It is now illegal to set the 'XML Render' property to 'XMLAttribute' unless the element is a direct child of the complex type. Presumably, your element 'delta' is nested within a group, and is being rendered as an attribute.
The WBI-MB namespace support is a very good match with the XML Schema standard. I suggest you read a good book on XML Schema, or refer to the W3C website (XML Schema Part 0 - Primer).
